我律师给的一堆东西里好像没有这个I129， 只有797。
网站上说是这么给的
To apply for an H or L visa, you must have the following:
• A petition approved by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in the United States.
• An approved original I-797 and a certified copy of your I-129.
• If you adjusted status within the United States, you must bring the original I-797 to your interview.
• You may also need a certified copy of the I-129 application material.
• If you are a returning H1B, you should also bring a letter from your employer confirming your continuing employment.

随便多久之前填都可以。
129 certified copy + labor certificate. 按理说整个package你应该有一份复印件的，都带就行了。正常情况不会看。
一般来说797必看

DS160 随便什么时候填写都可以.我当时是下午1:30面试,上午10点左右填写好的.
必须准备的文件是:
DS160
护照
i797
company verification letter
照片
辅助文件：
