有四年没回去了。以前是F1，两年前转了H4在家。转的之间没有gap。想两个人带宝宝回去看看父母。LD的公司正在打广告，准备申请GC。LC还未提交,大概下个月提交。大家有知道这种情况反签回来的机会大吗？

Unlike F1, H1 visa allows immigration intention. So it should not be a big problem, as long as your paperwork is complete. Check may be possible though.

100%. Don't worry too much. I have had 3 H1 visa interviews in the past 2 years. My wife had 3 H4 visa interviews last year. all very easy.
