请问父母回中国之后多久可以重新申请来美签证？

我老妈9月底要回上海，她的B2签证8月过期。因为我明年头上会比较忙，所以想让我老妈明年1月或2月再来一次。会不会太频繁而被拒签？有没有相同经历的兄弟姐妹分享一下经验？还有，到时候签证官问怎么才回来又去啦,该怎么答? Thanks

没有强制的规定，一般来说越久越好点。签证过期一年内可免面签。

你的日期写的很混乱。‘9月底要回上海，她的B2签证8月过期’，怎么可能呢？

Lz父母可能签证过后7个月再来的，或者已经来过一次了

why not? visa expiration date is 8/30/2010, she entered US by 5/1/10, she is good to stay in US as much as 6 months.

是呀，她第一次来了5个月，回去了1个月，然后又来了。这次要呆5-6个月吧。
