本人在2003年申请F1被据了三次，而且被签证官知道我有小姨定居在美国，很可能还记载在谈话记录中。然后第四次申请拿到签证来美，三年多没有回去过。请问这样的情况会影响这次回国返签吗？谢谢

i do not think so. you have already been granted a visa, why worry. what's your current status? F1 or H1?
