Your LG should wait you to reunion with him, then file 485. 140 doesn't have your name. but 485 will. If you want to get green card together with your LG, you need ask your LG to file 485 AFTER you arrive in USA. if he fails to do that, you won't be able to get green card, you won't get B2 in the future either. You can get immigration visa until he becomes US citizen.

补充一下，我老公140已经批准了，有移民倾向，我现在申请B2签证是不是很容易被拒，但是申请H4的话，我J1的服务期还没有结束？所以也不好签。所以跪求大家的意见！

匿名天使你好，多谢你的回复！我老公在递交485的时候，肯定会一起把我的递交上去的。你的回复是我现在去，最好申请B2，对吗？H4根本申请不到，由于两年的服务期没有满。
还有，如果我申请B2，是不是需要极力证明自己没有移民倾向？还有我们的结婚证是在美国领的，不需要公证了吧？
