Just used this number. 2 minutes left when getting into the system. Listened to a long message, and finally a lady answered the phone and told me the left-over minute is not enough to make an appointment, and she helped to check the latest available appointment in BeiJing for H-1B visa is on Dec.20. Hang up and call again to check the remaining minute which is 0. Thank you for the donation.
