要是转成H1之后没有回去过，是不是只需要那个I797表的复印件？ 考古有人说复印H1B签证，没有回去过，没有H1签证在护照上

you need original 797.

oh, for b2 visa, 797 copy is ok. remmeber give them copy of your original visa as well (even it is f1)
