孩子探亲签证
我是HIB签证，在美国工作。暑假我爸妈准备带孩子来美国游玩。想在此请教。
1，孩子今年7岁，是否可以办理中信银行免面谈服务？
2，是否让孩子和我父母都去上海签证处同时办理签证手续，这样会让三个人获得签证的几率大些？
3，孩子是要签B2还是H4B。
他们准备在美国只呆上3个星期。都是第一次签证。
我的个人情况，
今年2月离异，孩子归父亲，都住在国内。我是07年1月商务签证来的美国（之前04年也是商务签证来过一次），之后找了工作拿到了H1B，07年9月回国一次。可是在H1B签证生效之后（07年10月1日生效），我没有回去过。请问这点会不会有影响？
请有经验的人帮忙回答，谢谢！

3. i think b2 is ok. btw, there is nothing called H4B, only H4
based on your background, it might be a little bit hard to get visa for your parents. (B->H) for your child, if you apply B2, they can reject him with the excuse of "immigration intention". if you apply h4 for him/her, they can not reject him with the excuse of "immigration intention" because H4 can have this intention. however you need enough paperwork to prove this is your child and he/she can stay with you legally.

我也认为给孩子申请H4会好些。可是孩子的抚养权在他爸爸那里，我给他申请H4会不会有冲突？在我理解，H4的签证持有人，是留在美国工作或学习，陪伴H1B签证持有人？有可能是我理解错误，可实在是没有经验...
我个人的存款大概只有2万美金不到。我可以跟我男朋友联名邀请我父母和孩子来美国吗？他可以提供他的存款和工作证明，只是不知道这样会不会把事情弄复杂了。他是美国公民。
