2. There is no email required. they may send you an itinerary in ms word format. you can print it out, but that is only for your reference. when you check in, you only need show your passports.
3. You can require receipt if you want, most of the agents will mail it to you. but again, that is only for your reference, not required when you check in.
4. you can go to travelsky.com to validate your tickets. you can also go to the carrier's web site to get the itineraries of the ticket. remember to have the confirmation number or e-ticket number
