waiting on line, need help!
I am trying to fill out FORM156 and FORM157, and found that the FORM156 has both English and Chinese on it. However, two month ago, the FORM156 I filled out only had English version. So, my question is "did anybody else find the same problem?" Does the FORM156 you filled out recently have Chinese on it? Thanks for help!

They have 2 versions, no worries about it. You could use either one, it doesn't matter. In my opinion, I like the chinese and english version better, because this way my parent could read the information on the form in chinese. I don't need to translate for them. Hope my answer could help you some.:)
Do the right thing, because it's the right thing to do.
