父母于2004年11月申请B2签证被拒，现打算约2006年5月的签证（北京），不知道能不能约一签（北京每周有一天专门给非一签的人）？也就是说，一签二签是从签证之前多久开始算的？实在是不想约非一签的那天，因为觉得visa officer可能心情不好的几率比较高。

I heard the 2-year is calendar year, which means any day in 2004, then after jan 1 06, it's considered as it pasted 2 years, but not sure if it is correct. please verify if some one has experience.
