F1 OPT中信代签被退回，如何预约面谈？
收到221(g)，只有面谈一项画勾。上面写着“您无需再支付申请费”。我登陆https://cgifederal.secure.force.com用原来账户登录，选择New applicant/schedule appointment,但是卡在Step 8: Please enter your MRV receipt information below.我填写原来的Receipt Number，但是报错No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for.
请问高手，这种情况，该如何预约面谈啊？有电话么？221(g)表上写着都是网上申请，也没有电话。
