Dear friend,
Thanks for your advices. I have managed to find the fax number of US ambassay just now. I planed to fax some materials to them to apply for a earlier appointment. I hope it will work.
However, I don't know well how to say and what materils are essential to give. I do hope somebody can give me a template and some detailed suggestions. I need your help.

怎么办啊？？？
我准备去夏威夷参加一个国际学术会议，时间是1月10－12日。
从来没有出国过，也没有签证，在自己的文章被接收后才开始办护照，期间又出差参加一个国内会议，护照寄来是前天，我是昨天才回来的，今天急急的去东门的中信买了个电话卡，回来就预约，连打了3遍才打进去（白白花了2分钟，没说一句话，nnd，他们挂机也收费？！非常ft），打进去才知道，只能约到1月9日了！！！
这可怎么办啊？
1月9日我就得飞了，否则根本到不了啊！我屡次恳请对方的小姐帮我看看能不能有更早一点的时间，白费，她说要不先约着9日，如果前面有人取消预约到时候我再补上。我说，好啊，那能不能如果有人在12月份取消了预约，给我打电话通知一下？她说，对不起，现在我们还没有开展这项业务......
万分无奈之下，我只能约了1月9日的了。
恳求各位高人战友帮助：我现在该怎么办啊？？？

不知道为什么最近预约特别难打电话，而且白浪费时间，所以最好是早上一早7点就打，我就是这样才打通的。
