This means international travel is OK but travel might complicate or delay the process given the requirement. Therefore it is NOT recommended to travel during the transfer period.

你在身份调整过程中，是不可以离开美国的。如果你离开，你的调整算自动放弃。我觉得这种事你应该咨询你的h1b律师

多谢回复. 我原来的理解是从F1或H4等其他身份转到H1算作身份调整,H1b transfer 可以允许多个h1b 同时有效, 不在身份调整范围以内. 我是需要跟律师咨询一下, 到时候有回音会在论坛上分享我的答案.
