I shop around more than one dozen agents. Price from SBP is the lowest for my itinerary(for both Asiana Airline and Air China). Angela is patient, professional and dedicated. I changed airline after asking her to hold seats for me. She responded quickly without any complaint. She is clear about what she is doing. Some agents don't listen to you carefully and would argue that you didn't say it when being pointed out differences in the trip details between yours and theirs. Several other agents seemed to be busy when I first called for price. But they just don't bother to fulfill their promise to call you back.
Not all travel agents are equal. Be prepared when shopping for air ticket.
