Carmen is such an efficient agent, she's pretty responsive.
Although it seems that the price is a bit higher than expected due to the fact that my scheduled dates fall in the peak season and maybe it's a bit too early to book the flight as there's no specific promo provided by airline, yet i'm still satisfied with Carmen's service, everything went pretty smooth.
