WORST TRAVEL AGENT EVER!!!
Consequence of Consumer Fraud, lied to customer, worst service ever! One person participate as driver and guide, drive 10+ hours a day, with only pathetic introduce. Changed plan again and again, waster time on the highway to change guide. Even didn't have hot water for bath! When we dispute to the agent called Carol, 3 weeks passed, do not reply email, we are taking legal action now, Won't go there more!!!!!
