The worst I　have ever met.

I purchased an air ticket to travel with Delta from a US Gateway Dallas office agent called Michelle. When delta changed the itinerary that makes the connection flight impossible, I was forced to change my air ticket.

Michelle was highly IRRESPONSIBLE and had a BAD attitude. She either had no idea about how to deal with the situation, or purposely tried to confuse me about the proper rights I had. She was also slow to reply my calls. Ｌater she even tried to impose a penalty fee on me while Delta had no problem giving me a full refund.

Michelle lacks the necessary professional ethics to be in this business. I strongly advise you to stay away from this agent when you purchase your air tickets.
