Pros: they have very competitive prices on good flights, compared to those on-line agents. Some on-line low priced flights will take up to 35 hours from Seattle to Shanghai, though the regular time is 15 hours. In addition, they speak Chinese (and seems only Chinese though).
Cons: none as long as your flight is not canceled
Good service. Very reasonable price. Would purchase from this agent again.
